1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of MemoLab's website, platform, products, APIs, and related services (collectively, the 'Services').

By accessing, registering, or using our Services in any manner, you strictly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract with us. If you are using the Services on behalf of a minor, company, or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

MemoLab provides a connected ecosystem, including content platforms, visual workflows, publishing tools, and identity products.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modifications or downtime.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

As a condition of use, you agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose. You strictly agree not to:

By submitting User Content, you grant MemoLab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, host, reproduce, display, and process your content strictly for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting our Services.

Excluding User Content, all materials contained within the Services, including but not limited to software, code, designs, text, graphics, logos, and the overall 'look and feel', are the exclusive property of MemoLab and its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software without written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws of Thailand, in no event shall MemoLab, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or jeopardizes our business interests.

These Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
